What is the best software to create silk-screen prints?
I am looking to start printing my own t-shirts, if you please can anyone tell me what is the best software to make templates and other useful tips to help make the process easier. Thanks
As a business owner and designer of the screen age, I can tell the standard of the industry is CorelDraw. Separating the colors and basic technologies CAD have been adapted from the beginning are still universal today. Walk through the screen, embroidery, advertising specialties, vinyl sign or banner a CorelDraw file store. CDR and you're good to go. The disadvantage is that CorelDraw is the application for the desired vector by professional designers, as it is inaccurate, the colors are boring and not so right, and many other defects. For screen printing, all the vector drawing program Inkscape is likely that even that is free. Using heat transfer, any design application will do. PaintShop Pro is a good year for fans. Photoshop Elements is better, but slightly expensive, but is owned by Corel PaintShop Pro, CorelDRAW is so friendly. Note that the printing is expensive, laborious and has a high rate of deterioration. Design, prepare and clean for the screen printing a dozen T-shirts takes hours. The print itself only takes a few minutes. As a beginner, because of the ink spots, leaks and other printing errors, you may want to print a dozen shirts for only about 7 or 8 acceptable. If you are not going to do this as a profession, or perhaps print tens or hundreds of something, the heat transfer is a better alternative. Not on the web, but can start with that and see if you like, but the heat transfer applied with a heat press machine like cafepress.com zazzle.com professional or Kinkos or any local print shop or fast. Oh … and the process of the template? Is not created or applied to the software. The stencil material comes in either the leaves are cut and applied to the screen, or is painted. When the material dries out the template, you will need Transparency of exhibiting his art to a kind of intense light sources. Then the screen is washed with warm water. All areas blocked by Lave art as the template and create standards of ink on making the final print. Good luck.
