I wondered how many shirts can be printed with silkscreen Manual (one color, white, black t-shirts) in an hour?
If the shirts were already in the forms table in advance, could be a reasonable screen each ten or fifteen seconds or so. Thus, for example fifteen seconds per shirt for four times per minute, 60 minutes, equivalent to 240 shirts. But of course, no one has 240 forms by hand, shirt, work for oneself, one would have to pause, again flooding the screen with ink, clean up spills and drops loose, breathing, take a sip of water, etc. In practice, a more reasonable approach would be around 100 shirts per hour, using only a manual curtain and stops at a regestration hinge in place to help align staffing of the jersey.
