Question of screen?
Hello, I was put in charge of making a lot of sweaters in my church, a printer for screen design came to be printed on each one. Now it's my understanding that the screen uses essentially a "template" to print the design and therefore the design remains the same size, regardless of the size of the hood. I wonder (I do not want to bother the guy Im going cuz hes very busy) If I have brought me that owns a hooded zip up sweater is no difference if some of the designs to be printed exactly where the zipper? What if I only wanted part of the design was proposed that most affect me financially? And finally, if I wanted the design of the mine to be larger than others (because my sweatshirts will be bigger than the other) How much will it cost me if I'm using is the same design? Uhm any information or help is greatly appreciated!
To explain simply what I have to jump much, so I hope that makes sense. The "stencil" is a framework that fits the image "burned" into it. Can not print on a Zipper 1 because the mesh leaving the surface of the shirt. 2 can be extracted from the network after touching zip. They split and each side should be printed separately in a metal screen (not the popular printers for textiles) to get close enough to the slide. Unless the printer has a direct digital textile printer, then you should ask him. So yes it would be more expensive as well try to imagine the tail back and forth perfectly. The bigger picture is more expensive due to the fact that it should go to a new screen and should lay the foundations for the new size. An example might be: if you see the school shirts where the printer does not change the setting. The smallest and the shirt looks great shirt with the logo just below the chin to the people. As the amount of more you really need to talk to your printer. Good luck
