Why is my hard crust biscuits and go round the edges?
Every time I make cakes, either a large cake or just two cupcakes ever seem to go round and hard and crunchy on the edge. What happens? Someone there any advice for me? I thought my meal would be a little old, perhaps?
wait until the cake is your favorite color … then place a piece of parchment paper or parchment paper on top while still in the oven, then let the rest of the cake to cook. This allows the heat to bake the cake .. but not to burn sure to put a lot of butter in the pan. good luck (:
