If I had to create a shirt design to be screen printed in Photoshop or Illustrator, which should be the size?
Resolution also? Must be 300dpi?
Create the file size of the dimensions, as it will appear on the shirt. In other words, if the design is ten centimeters by foot, and open a "new" and select the file of this size. For screen printing, 300 dpi is a waste of file size, for 72 or 75 dpi is sufficient. Heck, the number of threads of the shirt is not much more than that. No pixelization provided the design can not be expanded to the size of your document.
