It is a direct-to-garment printer be better than a print screen?
I'm looking into starting a small business t-shirt. I want to make vintage style t-shirts. I want to know what would be a cheaper method of printing / textile printer easier to handle, or screen printing? I make a vintage style designs essentially monotonous. All my t-shirt designs are stored on the hard drive on my computer. So another question is, if I'm a textile printer directly, I would be able to print my pictures directly to your computer's shirt? I also want to make sure the shirt does not, as in the border of the square image. If anyone has experience with this, please help me!
Hello – My name is Lucas and I am the marketing manager for CSE graphic Outfitters. We specialize in things like that. We direct embroidery, screen printing, sublimation heat and client / stock patches / emblems. The best way is to press your shirt with heat. Print your image on a special printer paper with a special printer / ink. Most inkjet printers will work. You take your picture printed on shirt and dissemination. You will need to reverse the image so that when you put on a shirt that is our right from the way the ink is on the top that press with the ink on the side of the shirt. You need something to press the shirt enough to burn the image. Iron should work, but just make sure you have a towel on top of your transfer document. Screen printing on your own will be a waste not to mention expensive. It will cost $ 30.00 a screen, $ 10.00 for the standard not to mention all supplies, such as cleaning the screen and ink. Then you need to burn the image to the shirt. Therefore, it is expensive for screen printing This is a quick alternative to screen printing, but not the best quality. If you need some shirts that might give some awards special where you can get 100 shirts with the final print (screen) of about $ 5.50 a shirt.
