Unlock / Move the address bar of Windows Explorer?
I work in computers and two different users have problems with bar browser address. We use Windows XP if that helps, your address bar is stuck on the right side of the window and you can not drag to move. So that when you see -> Toolbars, all is gray and there is no option to unlock the toolbars. Any ideas? I have a screenshot, but I do not know how to connect to the question as follows: (number of users who have administrator rights to install, put the PC in the domain and add the user as an administrator My PC
They seem to be blocked by the policy change for me. You could log the machine with an administrator account, go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, CIO, Local Users and Groups, Groups and add to your account in the local Administrators group. Connecting them again in your account and see if it then has the right to move the bars again. Do not forget to reverse the process of deleting their accounts later or you will be able to continue doing the things are not supposed to.
