I need information on the screen print?
I started a small clothing company, until now all my issues have been Screen-printed T and will always be a part of the company. I purcahsed shirts suppliers, I can create a graphic using Illustrator CS and then take the idea of a screen printing business and completing it. I start doing my impression of the screen to save money and have more control over the finished product. I never worked with screen printing so I should know? So I'm looking for answers to the following: What is the equipment I need for work? The cost for a set-up properly? screen? print names of difficulty of high quality inks and equipment? Any ideas or comments about the situation?
Hi Ronnie, I wanted to let you know of another little opportunity outside display. 1. Direct printing, some printers on the market today that do a great job, I recommend a DTG printer, the printer is the cost of 17k, a little over a computer print screen normal, but the savings on the screens, and ink waste more than offset the initial cost. 2. There is a role transfer on the market that allows you to print (inkjet printer) on paper and transfer the image through heatpress (400 F for 30 seconds.) The document called "Book Translution."
