Can anyone recommend a good (free or cheap) graphics / photo editing software?
This is an area I do not know much, course. I have to Nice adds auction sites, among other things. I want the end result of having the image format I can download it from the site as a image (jpeg). The image must contain a mixture of photo captions, text and graphics to make it look so real. I currently use PowerPoint to add pleasant, but I can not save the result as a picture, so I have to do a print screen to transfer to mpeg resulting image slightly blurry as well you can not use different sizes and dimensions of the image. Well, of course, is probably a pretty stupid to use it. I do not know otherwise. So please enlighten me! I want a program that is basic and simple and can be learned quickly. Thanks!
