anyone who does screen printing? ?
I have some screens to clean the emulsion, but still waste painting, where the old model was – and it shows through my new emulsion layer! Have ideas on how to remove it? Preferably with the things that could be home .. ? So I think about 4 CMYK color prints and I'm using Photoshop for my images ready for printing on transparencies … I formatted CMYK, so I'm planning on taking all 4 layers and becomes a B & W bitmap – is 800 pixels / inch well, or is there a better way? When I go to CMYK layers are fuzzy and not enough contrast to be transferred to a screen .. Any advice is welcome! (And I'm doing this at home on my own, so any suggestion to save money would be great!) Thanks!
The complex gradient fills is one of the reasons for the "Posterize" features of settings image menu "-. You must reduce the number of levels in each of the color separations depending on the complexity of the image, but there is a point where. may reduce their degradation is not clear on a screen printed image. You, of trial and error some prints, or make a suggestion to what number posterization levels works for you.
