How do you fix the ‘no communication’ issue between the computer and printer?
I can’t print at all. I tried reinstalling softwares, plugging the cables in different USB ports, yet nothing happens. The cables are working fine, because for some odd reason, my first printer still manages to scan pictures, ruling out the damaged cable part.
In add, when I hit print….
My first printer gives me the message that the computer can’t communicate with the printer.
The second printer, when looking at the printing process screen, shows that the job is printing, yet the printer sits still, which is aggravating, lol.
Any help would be appreciated.
must be running vista. Do this, unplug the printer usb. Turn the printer off.
Plug in the usb, turn on the printer. Do you hear a beep. You may have to reinstall the driver disc again.
