What color drapes would look good on chocolate brown(MeltedChocolate-Behr) and light brown(ToastedWheat) walls?
This is for the family room and I have an expresso colored sectional and glossy back and silver tables with a glass top. I would like to add Blue(aquamarine) colors into the room – drapes, accessories, lights, rug. My husband thinks we should also add some Orange elements into the room, like Orange paper lights (not sure what they are called exactly). Suggestions? Also, what is a good place to get all these at a reasonable price?
And Oh…the style is modern/contemprary
I would go eith either the blue or the orange, but not both together. I think that the blue would help to lighten up the brown walls and espresso sectional better though.
I always like getting curtains from JCPenney – great prices and you can return them right to the store if you don’t like them. The rods are cheaper at Target though. I put a link below to some modern looking curtains; I really like the grommet top. Have fun decorating!
