What electronic component is this?
It sits on (probably) the image controller board (made by Murata) from a Brother Laser Printer. Its symbol on the PCB silk screen looks like this

No, it is not a Zener Diode, and it might have something to do with safety, since the component itself has a CSA approval mark on it.
Any idea?
…and it looks like a ceramic capacitor that had too much junk food… 
No measurable resistance in either direction. Also tried whether it has a breakdown voltage, but up to 65 Volt DC (my PSU limit) nothing happened.
Laser printer works perfectly….
Diagram almost makes it look like a fusible link/device. Check with an analog ohmmeter. =
