When using iron ons, what does velour side up mean?
I’m using iron ons for the first time and the directions say to peel design off paper and position on surface velour side up. I presume that would be the front, however, if I iron that wont it stick to the iron? I just want to make sure I’m doing it right. Thanks for any feedback and sorry if it’s a dumb question.
The velour side would be the fuzzy side. I think what they mean is put the iron-on on the material so it looks right and then iron over the top of it.
The heat from the iron will travel through the material and melt the glue on the other side. That will then stick to the other material too.
