Toronto Parking Ticket (is it void or not)?
I got a parking ticket for standing in fire route today, but the ticket itself is more than half blank in the front. I think the printer’s ink ran off before the office was able to print my ticket. The ticket has only got my license plate number and the time on it. There is no price or offence on it at all. The bottom half is completely yellow and blank. The officer himself told me that it was a 250 dollars fine. He also asked me to wait so he could print me a complete one but I refused and drove away.
Is my parking ticket void by any chance?
Randy B is correct ,its valid, but go fight it in court. 250 dollars is worth going to court for. You will probably win in court or get the fine reduced. Good luck
