MS Word 2010 forms that do not want the default text to be printed?
I created a MS Word 2010 using a switch date and menu. When you print the form does not want "Click here to enter a date" or "Click on the" show, I just want to empty. I need one for display on the screen without using show / hide, but when the document at the request of a party the impression that I want the text to disappear. I looked through the print settings and advanced options in Word. I do not know if something would be done through XML and Visual Basic in the development section I do not want to do because I do not know how to use … do not think it should be a hard thing … I searched the internet but found no help, thanks!
This is not an answer. I just want to know that I'm looking for that answer. The only difference, I am using Word 2007. You are not alone. Update: I've found not necessarily a way. You can select the full text field and tab, select the Font dialog box, then check Hidden. To hide the text you not want to print. Not what I prefer, because normal users do not want to go through this process. Always research.
