how to make a good screen print template?
I want to know if how to make a template time after being exposed to UV light or exhibit? I'm using the actinic light 4 lights are installed in my unit .. but I'm having a difficult time so hard .. printing out a template my good side .. I use photoshop and leave a print on transparent film or acetate. But after the emulsion layer, and expose. if I wash it. that made a mess .. the artwork has not arrived? what could be the cause? pls help me .. I want to start making the shirt as a small business, but I lost so much money that the practice .. any help would be greatly appreciated .. Thank you guys soo much in advance .. =)
Or are you exposing 1.Under: In this case, most of the emulsion washed with design. or 2. Overexposure: in this case, the design did not wash the screen, next to the negative region. Things to be sure: 1. Is this your photosensitive emulsion to date? 2. Are you taking care not to expose the screen covered in any other light source? 3. Is this the emulsion applied evenly and thinly with the correct implementation gap? If the last three ar neat categories, then it seems that your problem is the exposure time. Do practice small pieces (do not have to be stretched for this purpose) and the experiment, enter the exposure time and the results on the fly. Good luck with that. If after all that is yet to get a good result, why not pay a small fee to another company to make screens for you?
