I am looking for a photo editing program will make a free photo negative result?
I really do not create a negative, but it looks like on the screen. It seems better than just black and white printing. I had done before, but I do not remember what it was or where I got it. It was as simple as choose "negative" on mount options. Does anyone know what program does that?
Microsoft Photo Editor. It comes with MS Office. After opening the file, click the Effects menu below. Denial is one of the options. It has since been replaced by Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
