BICEPS PERSONAL FITNESS?
i work out every night with adjustable dumbbells that you find at wall mart. each are 30 pounds even though they feel heavier then the ones at the gym. i do 10 sets of 15 and i just want to know am i working out my biceps to hard or at the right time i usually do it around 10pm.i stand up hold them by my side and go up with one arm then the other those are the only equipment i have is there anyway i can do a triceps exercise with those weights. my biceps don’t look to bad but i want to work on triceps also
You’re way overworking them. You should allow 1-2 days for a muscle to recover before lifting with it again. Try working in 3 days groups

Nice triceps make your arms appear bigger and contrast your biceps, they are a must if you want your arms to look nice! Nothing wrong with the time of day, but you really shouldn’t workout within 2-3 hours of going to bed, you’ll sleep better if you give your body time to “calm down”.
For your triceps, hold in one hand vertically over your head. Bring it down to the back of your shoulder, keeping your upper arm pointed at the ceiling.
