Training for boxing/gaining weight. Any good exercises you guys can come up with with the equipment listed?
I dont have as much time to go to the gym now as i used to, seeing i just had a new baby 6 days ago, but i do have a “gym” in my basement, at least a few things to get me through a few monthes, either ill be home or in iraq, but either way ill be able to go back to the gym. but anyway i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas with the equipment i have which is as follows:
-Heavy bag on a stand
-the adjustable dumbells that go up to 60 lbs
- asst dumbells that range from 5-20 lbs
-a piece of crap barbell with about a combined amount of 40lbs
- a few of those swiss balls
-a very tiny medicine ball
and thats about it. ive been doing things like putting barbell and all the weight on my shoulders and duck walking across the basement and then doing some rows with it. random crap that i can think of. so if anyone has any good ideas for some exercises lemme know. thanks

I mow my grass and my neighbors grass once a week gives me a 2 mile walk every week 20 min workout run around your block at least once the faster you are the sooner you get back home. it is also your total body work out gets your heart rate up and your body is ready for the conditioning. your large muscles will be your best target to drop weight. High reps low weight to lean out . high weights low reps to maintain bulk .high knees in place while holding at least 20 pounds. if you can get a small tram that would be good. alternate duck walk with lunges. when you do this correctly you wont be able to sit on the toilet comfortably for at least 2-3 days lol i love them. I would also use the bag to kick- ab work out. Also change your counts more or less, slower holds isometrics. Hold free weights in both hands lift arms out to the side or or front hold for at least a min shoulders must be relaxed and you remember to exhale and breath chin lifted back straight. bell button pulled into the spine. and because you have been to the gym you will figure out the rest. oh yeah your push up Chang your count and do alternating legs like you are running track. have fun and stretch
